Menu Plan Monday: Aug. 15
You might notice that my menu is going to look suspiciously familiar this week. Somehow I managed to cook only twice. Twice!? Well, we had a couple of unexpected dinners with my parents and went to my in-laws once so… that’s what happened. It sort of makes grocery shopping and meal planning a breeze this week! I’m ok with that. 🙂 Here’s the plan, again!
Lunch – Broccoli Rice Bowls
Dinner – Mom’s chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes. Comfort food anyone?
Lunch – Chicken nuggets, peas, grapes
Dinner – Chicken penne with lemon cream sauce, broccoli and carrots, breadsticks
Lunch – Hot dogs, mac & cheese, strawberries
Dinner – Hamburgers, French Fries, corn
Lunch – Quesadillas, chips and salsa, steamed veggies
Dinner – Asian foil baked chicken, rice, broccoli
Lunch – Turkey or PB&J, steamed veggies, fruit
Dinner – Pepperoni Pizza Roll, salad
Saturday: birthday celebration
Sunday: Birthday Celebration.
