Menu Plan Monday 3/14

Last week’s winner was definitely the Crisp-skinned Roast Chicken. It was amazing! The pizza crust was also easy and yummy! I won’t be buying crusts from the store anymore! Yay for saving money! Other than that, I didn’t find any “keeper” recipes. Here’s the menu for this week!

Sunday – Heading out to BW3’s for a birthday celebration!

Monday – HC – taking French Peasant bread and Vegan Chocolate Cake

Tuesday – Homemade chicken noodle soup ( I used last week’s chicken carcass to make my own broth for the first time!)

Wednesday – Chicken Lo Mein (from Double Delicious)

Thursday – Green pancakes, eggs and bacon

Friday – Pizza Night!

Saturday – B = Apricot & white chocolate Coffee Cake
L = Turkey hot dogs
D = Sweet and Savory Pot Roast

Sunday – L = leftovers
D = Italian Chicken, Salad
