Menu Plan Monday
We stuck to our menu plan very well last week, although I opted to make chili instead of spaghetti. I’m really excited for the cooler weather! The margarita chicken was good, although I think I would rename it honey mustard chicken. That’s exactly what it tasted like. I didn’t spend much time looking for new recipes to try so this week is going to be a little more simple.
Monday – Leftover chili
Tuesday – Homemade waffles and hash browns
Wednesday – Leftover Polynesian roast beef pita sandwiches, coleslaw (recipe to follow…maybe…)
Thursday – Sesame chicken thighs with garlicky broccoli (from Robin Miller’s Quick Fix Meals)
Friday – Salsa Chicken
We have a busy weekend with a wedding and a family shower so it’ll just be leftovers or sandwiches. I would LOVE to make these muffins if I get a chance…but we’ll see.
