Menu Plan Monday: 9/5
In just a few short hours I will be embarking on my fourth attempt at freezer cooking. I’m heading over to my friend Stephanie’s house where we have 12 yummy dishes to prepare! Wish us luck!!
This week’s menu is taken entirely from this freezer cooking adventure… so let’s hope it works out!
Monday: Baked Pesto Chicken, egg noodles
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Greek Chicken, baked potatoes
Wednesday: Tater Tot Topped Shepherd’s Pie, green beans
Thursday: Asian BBQ Grilled Chicken, brown rice, sesame cucumber salad
Friday: Pioneer Woman’s Tortilla Soup, tortilla chips
Saturday: leftovers
Sunday: Bourbon Chicken, rice, broccoli
